Mindfulness

Mindfulness is learning to live in the moment. With the craziness of our world, this skill can be so helpful for so many. Whether you are a student, a parent, a teacher, you can benefit from mindfulness practices.

I have been using mindfulness practices in my classroom for years. My students have found the exercises to be extremely helpful. Mindfulness practices can help with focus, anxiety, overall mood, and so much more.

If you are a teacher and are interested in learning more about how to incorporate mindfulness into your classroom, contact me to find out about Professional Development and workshops.

As a member of the Niagara University Center for Mindful Practice advisory board, we are always offering workshops for students, teachers, parents and other professionals. Check out our website for more information.
