Yoga and Mindfulness have been medicine for me. I am a wife, a mother of 3, a teacher and a yoga and mindfulness teacher. It is my goal to connect with those who, like me, have found it difficult to find time in their busy lives and who may feel as though they have lost who they are. Through yoga and mindfulness, I will help you to find yourself again and realize how important it is to take care of yourself so that you can be better for those around you. As a person who has suffered from anxiety most of her life, I know what stress, overwhelm, and burn out feels like. Let me help you to find balance and to start a path to a more balanced and healthy lifestyle.
